Brač is an island in the Adriatic Sea (Croatia). Brač has the largest airport of all islands surrounding Split.

The country’s natural resources include petroleum, some coal,calcium, bauxite, low-grade iron ore, natural asphalt, silica, mica, clays, salt and hydropower. Over one-third of Croatia is forested.
